What is the MS Mud Run Jacksonville?
MS Mud Run is a 10K (approximately 6 miles) race with boot camp style obstacles that have been surrounded by or consist entirely of mud. People cheer as teams of contestants slip, slide, and sloshed their way to victory. It is a unique experience whether running or watching! While it is different than a 5k, 10k, the Donna Hicken Marathon, or the River Run; MS Mud Run is a great prep or follow up race. It's also perfect for people who are training in the gym or do cycling, swimming or running in triathlons. There is a registration fee of $45 and a minimum fundraising pledge of $100 per person in order to participate.

Why a Mud Run?
MS Mud Run is the fastest growing adventure race in the country. The National MS Society and MS Mud Run have partnered together to create a unique fundraising event for MS here in Jacksonville. As some adventure races have a limited audience due to the extreme fitness level involved, MS Mud Run provides an opportunity for people of all skill levels to join in the muddy fun!

Who is MS Mud Run Jacksonville?
MS Mud Run is regular citizens, civil servants, companies, teams, colleges and military personnel. This event offers a unique blend of teamwork, physical fitness and of course FUN! Individuals, teams of two and teams of five make up the base of runners.

Waves: First wave starts at 9:00am and subsequent waves will go off every 10-20 minutes thereafter. The last wave will probably start by 10:30am.
